Booking fee & payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. The booking fee goes toward the total service cost.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment using cash, Zelle, or debit/credit card (tap only).
Tips are accepted and highly appreciated!
Late arrivals
- A 10-minute grace period is given to each client.
- After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee is added to the remaining balance.
- After 15 minutes, the appointment is automatically canceled.
- If canceled due to lateness, your booking fee will not be refunded.
Please try to arrive early to ensure you make your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation & rescheduling
If you cancel for any reason, your booking fee will not be refunded. However, it may be transferred one time toward a rescheduled appointment.
To reschedule, you must text (248) 870-3587 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for your booking fee to be credited toward a new date.
Clients may only reschedule once using their initial booking fee.
Studio location & availability
For all in-studio glam appointments, the exact studio location will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time.

Brow grooming & facial hair
Please come with clean brows. If brow grooming is needed, an arch fee of $10 will be added.
Removal of unwanted peach fuzz will require a wax fee of $5.
Please note: excess facial hair cannot be hidden with makeup and may affect the overall finish of your application.
The night before & the day of
Your best glam
starts with prep.
Proper skin prep is highly recommended to help ensure a smooth, flawless makeup application and the best overall glam results.
- Exfoliate and moisturize your skin and lips the night before your appointment.
- Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
- Remove any excess facial hair before your appointment.
- Come with clean brows. Brow grooming is available for an additional $10.
- Plan to arrive early for your appointment.
